There are seven single bedrooms with their own desks and wash basins. There is also a lounge, therapy room, toilet and bathroom facilities and the staff office. On the ground floor there is a dining room, kitchen, a shared laundry, toilets and lobby area. The central feature of a light well and a courtyard with a small fountain and pool give the building light, a sense of space and a feeling of peace. There is a small patio at the back and a garden area in the front.

Bedrooms do not have TV aerial or telephone points due to the requirements of the programme. There are however TVs and DVD players in the two common rooms. There are also two payphones.

Our faciilities are wheelchair accessible. There is a Stannah chairlift to the first floor.
